Coach Chip Kolesar has been a dedicated member of the softball community since 1992, bringing more than three decades of coaching experience to the game he loves. Over the years, he has coached at nearly every level of competition, ranging from nationally ranked men's softball teams to 8U youth programs, national travel and high school girls fastpitch teams.
Currently, Coach Chip serves as the Head Softball Coach for the Brentsville District Softball organization in Prince William County, Virginia. His passion for the game is rooted in teaching the fundamentals, emphasizing sound mechanics, situational awareness, and strategic play to help athletes reach their full potential on the field.
Beyond wins and losses, Coach Chip is deeply committed to developing well-rounded young people. He believes that sports provide an opportunity to teach valuable life lessons, encouraging players to set meaningful goals, embrace challenges, learn from setbacks, and grow into confident, responsible, and positive individuals. His coaching philosophy centers on creating an environment where athletes can build character, strengthen teamwork, and develop skills that will serve them both in softball and throughout their lives.
For Coach Chip, success is measured not only by achievements on the field, but by the lasting impact he has on the players and families he has the privilege to coach.

Coach Bowman has coached fast-pitch softball since 2005, working with players from 8U through 18U at the recreational, All-Star, high school, and travel levels. His accomplishments include a 2008 GDLL 11U All-Star team, Eastern View High School's 2011 District Championship, and Warren County High School's 2019 District and Regional Champ
Coach Bowman has coached fast-pitch softball since 2005, working with players from 8U through 18U at the recreational, All-Star, high school, and travel levels. His accomplishments include a 2008 GDLL 11U All-Star team, Eastern View High School's 2011 District Championship, and Warren County High School's 2019 District and Regional Championships with a State Semifinal appearance. He currently coaches at Brentsville High School. Coach Bowman is dedicated to developing skilled athletes while teaching teamwork, discipline, accountability, and other life lessons that extend beyond the game.
